Susan Taylor is Spectrum Services Call Center Manager
Susan Taylor manages Spectrum's 42-station Call Center and serves as the main coordinator for ongoing client projects in the Call Center. Susan also
serves as senior supervisor for Spectrum's 55 interviewers, and directly oversees the Call Center's supervisors.
Susan works directly with clients to develop scripts and reports. She monitors both the progress of ongoing call efforts and "quick-turnaround"
projects, ensuring that goals are met by interviewers and that clients receive fast, accurate, reliable results.
Prior to joining Spectrum Services in 1994, Susan taught English in Milan, Italy. Susan is a graduate of Mercer University with a BA in Fine Arts.
